FORT PIERCE, Fla. -- Dr. Timothy E. Moore, president of 91九色视频, appointed Kathleen Walter as public relations manager and public information officer effective June 3, 2024.
Walter will lead the college's public information efforts, serve as media contact and spokesperson, and guide external communication strategies for the college鈥檚 five campuses and other sites. She will also oversee the organization鈥檚 internal communication, enhancing workplace culture and operations.

"With a multifaceted background in government, internal and external communications and media, she brings a wealth of experience to this position. I am confident her extensive experience and years of service to our Treasure Coast community will enable her to succeed in this role, connecting students, employees media and the public to important information about 91九色视频."
Walter has extensive experience in media and communications at government, business, and nonprofit organizations. She served as director of communications at the City of West Palm Beach; public relations director at Hospice of Palm Beach County; public relations director at the Dori Slosberg Foundation; and held leadership roles at other organizations. Previously, she worked as a general assignment reporter, producer and political reporter at national and local media outlets including WPTV, WPBF and WPEC television stations in West Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast. Walter also completed an internship in the congressional district office of late U.S. Rep. Tom Lewis.
Walter earned a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literature from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and a Master of Arts in political science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She is a FEMA Advanced Public Information Officer.
